Sydney’s new auto alley

Ferrari dealership

Many of Sydney’s main dealerships seem to be moving to the Alexandria/Waterloo area. Waterloo has changed quite a lot in recent years, with new apartments and commercial buildings popping up on an almost monthly basis. In terms of dealerships, Trivett, Harley Davidson and Audi (in nearby Zetland) were the first to move into the suburb, with Ferrari, Mercedes-Benz and a host of others following suit. I drive past the Ferrari/Maserati site (which reputedly cost $32million!) every day on the way to work, and it’s amazing how quickly they’ve built it. The finishing touch is this massive billboad of Felipe Massa.
